Banquet Facility at Willow Creek

Some general information about renting our Banquet Room;

 The facility seats a maximum of 125 people.

Call the ProShop for rates and availability.

Members and Stockholders receive a reduced rate. We will provide time prior to event for set up, and if necessary, time afterwards for clean up. A security deposit is required.

A security deposit is required before an event will be added to the book. A date will not be reserved until the deposit is paid.

Alcohol can be served, provided an ABC license has been secured before event. 

Music must be stopped at 10:00 PM. Everyone must be off the property by 11:00 PM.

Application must be submitted to Willow Creek in person with security deposit.
